Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation & Changes

We understand that circumstances can change shortly after placing an order.

  • You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of confirming payment.

  • Once the order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it cannot be canceled or changed.

  • A 6.9% + $1 processing fee will be deducted from approved cancellations to cover transaction and administrative costs.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase or 14 days after delivery, whichever provides more flexibility.
To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

  • Returns must be approved by our support team prior to shipping the item back.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The item is damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive within the guaranteed delivery window.

  • Clear evidence, such as photos, unpacking videos, and order details, must be provided.

  • Refunds for change-of-mind returns are accepted, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be issued within 1–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Exchange Policy

If your order fails to arrive due to a verified carrier or logistics error, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
If incorrect shipping information was provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment or replacement costs.

5. Non-Returnable & Limited Cases

Please note that certain orders are ineligible for return or refund, including:

  • Orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses or customer inaction.

  • Products still in transit or pending delivery.

  • Custom-made or pre-order items, unless defective upon arrival.

  • Returns without prior authorization.

  • Packages reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

  • Delays or losses caused by customs issues, natural events, or force majeure circumstances.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered, our team will attempt to contact the customer using the provided email.
If no response is received and the package is returned or discarded by the courier, HOTESSENTIALSHOODIE cannot be held responsible for the loss.

7. International Shipping Notice

International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which vary by region.
We recommend verifying shipping details and reviewing local import regulations before completing your order, as cancellations or returns based on customs charges or shipping costs cannot be accommodated once shipped.
